  • Big Game: Moose Hunting & Meat Preparation
  • Moose Calling Kitohacikan (Making a moose caller out of birch bark)
  • Macewin ikwa Ketapacihit Moswa (Hunting and uses of the moose)
  • Traditional Food Preparation (Nemaw'nihkewin)
  • Making soup from the mooses nose and heart.
  • Catching food using traditional preservation techniques e.g.fish
  • Kahkewakohkewin (Drying moose meat)
  • Tanning big game hides: Moose, deer, etc.
  • (Pahkekinohkkewin) Tanning Process
  • Snaring, skinning, cleaning and cooking rabbit soup
  • Snaring Martin, Fisher, Squirrel, Weasel; skinning and boarding
